How does "4.5%" save ME money and what does that mean?

Updated: May 5, 2021

So, you (hopefully) have seen my signs out or heard me on the radio and heard all about the 4.5% but are unsure what that means for you.

For those of you who are selling your home for the first time, let me explain.

*OTHER* Realtors charge a 6% commission rate when they list your home. This money goes towards admin fees, staging, photography, marketing, 3% to the buyer's agent & yes--the rest will go into their own pockets!

Did you know that I offer the same things, but only charge 4.5%?

That's right.

You still get photography, you still get staging, your still get the FULL 9 yards of marketing & you have all the professional help you need to get your home sold & get the most out of it!

What's the difference between listing with me vs. another realtor?

Thousands. Literally, thousands. That's how much you could save by listing your home with me.

Feel free to calculate it for yourself!

First, calculate your home value & 6% commission. Then, calculate it at 4.5%.
