  • Engaging buyer leads and turning them into buyer clients. This will include calling, texting, and/or meeting with prospective buyer leads.

  • Updating client profiles in the CRM.

  • Attend periodical training sessions with team lead and/ or assistant.

  • Conduct buyer consultations (in person and virtually).

  • Show buyers property.

  • Write offers and contract packets to purchase real property.

  • See buyer client through every step of the home buying process.

  • Communicate with lenders and title companies.

  • Communicate efficiently with team lead and administrative assistant.


-Real Estate License

-Available for showings on weekends and after business hours (5pm-8:30pm) as needed
